Mexican Blanca Vanilla

Our Mexican Vanilla is all natural, produced in Mexico using only the highest grade, single sourced, Mexican vanilla beans. 

 Mexican Blanca Vanilla is best utilized in items that require high heat such as baking as this allows most of the alcohol to cook out. The flavoring is a synthetic version of vanillin, the chemical responsible for the flavor of vanilla beans, which is how they are able to keep the color perfectly clear. Clear or Blanca vanilla extract is most often used in frosting and filling recipes, where bakers want to keep the color as clean as possible.

Water, alcohol 35%, bean extract, azucar additive.

Does not contain coumarin.
